From New Zealand with LOVE

Yes, you r awesome !! It's awesome. Just relax and view the scenery....

Never before my wife and I experience this... a trip we will never forget.

New Zealand..... here we go...

It was in March 2008, it end up to be the best. What about the rest ? Well, China... problem with the food, communication, US... ok, rank no 2, but I'm alone. Singapore... good for shopping... money, money, money... lots of money... in a rich man's world.

But this... this... this is different. The view says it all...

Enjoy....

They call it Milford Sound (drive from Te Anau)... a boat ride through a big salt water lake and giants of waterfalls.

Then...the icyyyyy lane of Franz Joze Glacier. First time ever we walk on ice.... climb the ice mountain, using gears we never worn before.

The group.... set up for D' Climb.

Here we go... to the top of the world. According to the guide, the ice is getting thinner by seconds. In 5 years time, there will be no more glaciers in NZ. Pity, Mother Earth have her ways.

Some weird names I have heard before but this.... Punaikaiki Pancakes Rocks & Blowholes... yeap... that what the Kiwi's called these rocks. It's located at Greymouth, Punaikaiki. Seawater and wind created these lovely view of rocks...

More pictures can be seen in my Picasa Web Album.

Next is the Te Anau Glowworm Caves. No other parts of this world have this amazing creatures. They live in a cave and it glows. It started with a cruise along Lake Te Anau to the Western Side of the lake. Upon arrival, there is time to view informative display at Carvern House before our friendly guides invites you to accompany them in small groups into the caves. As you explore by path in a small boat, your sense will be overwhelmed. Observed how the rushing water sculpts the rocks formation before gliding through silent darkness to the glowworm grotto.
Since it is not permitted for anyone to take pictures inside the caves, the amazing glittering creatures can only be said... not seen (unless you witness yourself). This is me at the entrance.

We are now at Wai-O-Tapu - Thermal Wonderland. The English meaning of Wai-O-Tapu is 'Sacred Water'. It full of volcanic thermal with small craters. These craters create sulfur base holes which gives a bad rotten smell. No wonder New Zealand is the only country in the world which does not have snakes. Snakes give way to sulfur.

Next to it is the Lady Knox Geyser and Mud Pool Show. See the adventure below : According to the tour guide, how they derive with the eruption is coincident. This place was previously cleared by ex-convict before they found Lady Knox. Eventually, after clearing the bushes, the workers took a bath using soap. One of them accidentally drop the soap into one of the geyser, and all of a sudden it erupts. That's how they manage the show. By throwing soap into Lady Knox.....amazing.... and we pay to watch it!!!!

Opsss... totally forgot about these guys... yeap, we became close friend after D' Trip. Johnny (our camera man), Poh Ling, the IT girl, Nurse Aun Ney and of course PK Sho (the one who normally makes the planning - work & vacation). U're all awesome...
Like wise, I would like to say thanks to all of you for the wonderfull companion during D' Trip. Nothing beats them all. Even through tough times we manage it right.... what a lugage !!!

Remember the sulfur I was talking about... well this is one of the creaters.
See the yellow stuff in the middle, that's the sulfur... in the mud pool.

Later, let me take you to a different view... flowers, garden, lake, cloudes.... and other beautiful scenery...

The clouds.... The Lake.... The Flowers....
